Scope of works:
Full Internal and External Restoration of Historic Theatre
This project involved a comprehensive restoration aimed at preserving and reviving the historic charm of an iconic, heritage-listed theatre, returning it to its original splendor as it was when it first opened its doors in 1939.
The restoration work included:
- Complete service upgrades (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic)
- Full painting and joinery work
- Strip-out and refurbishment of bathrooms
- Installation of new floor coverings
Throughout the process, we worked closely with the project architect to ensure the building’s heritage integrity was carefully preserved.
