Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Primary School , Waterloo- Administration Building

This project was completed in conjunction with a number of other stages which Secure Building Solutions undertook during the school holiday period to guarantee minimal disruption to the schools staff and students.

Although these offices were small in size, the structural alterations made to the building to accept these changes were extensive. The project team worked closely with the structural engineer to provide a solution which provided seamless integration between these new spaces and the existing areas throughout the school but did not disrupt the structural integrity of the floors above the site.

The goal of the consultants was to create an office space the seamlessly blended with the rest of the school’s design, and once the project was completed both the client and consultants were satisfied with the completed product.

The success of this project can be attributed to the open communication and meticulous planning led by the site manager in coordinating the various trade contractors involved. Their collaborative efforts ensured a smooth and efficient execution of the project across all the different stages which were completed, resulting in a successful outcome.

By Anticipating challenges, taking initiative and continually driving the team of selected sub-contractors to achieve set goals and milestones are all elements which the team displayed throughout the construction phase of the project.
