Scope of works:
Repurposing a Mid-1950s-Built House into Two Flexible Learning Spaces
Significant structural alterations were necessary to transform the building, including the removal of several internal load-bearing walls to create an open-plan floor layout.
The new works included:
- New boys’ and girls’ toilets
- A disabled-access toilet
- An outdoor tiered learning area with sandstone logs and softfall surfacing
- External landscaping, featuring acoustic timber fencing, gardens, and an artificial turf soccer pitch.
