Secure Building Solutions successfully completed the refurbishment of several areas at St James CPS, Glebe. These completed works encompassed various components including new wet areas, upgrades learning areas & improved outdoor learning spaces for the staff and students to enjoy.
The refurbished GLA’s were designed and built to accommodate the evolving needs of one of our valued clients – Sydney Catholic Schools. The refurbishment of the existing GLA’s and break out areas upgrades & revitalized the overall look of the school to align with new trends emerging across the education sector.
External works and landscaping were also an integral part of the project, these works being completed to ensure minimal disruption to the school’s staff and students. The installation of shade sails makes the outdoor learning areas more comfortable, with the installation of artificial grass, the school has a GLA which is low maintenance, has improved functionality and enhances the overall appeal of the existing buildings.
Secure Building Solutions were able to demonstrate their expertise in working in schools, project management and subcontractor/consultant coordination to ensure that construction activities were executed in a timely manner.
