Scope of works:
Extension and Refurbishment of Parents’ Accommodation Facilities for Visiting Parents of Students at St Joseph’s College, Hunters Hill
- Creation of a compliant disabled bathroom and accessible entry to two bedrooms.
- Upgrades to the accommodation entry path, including wider access doors and a new pathway.
- Construction of new compliant access ramps and stairs.
- Installation of new internal kitchen/cooking facilities and dining area for guests.
- Expansion of the covered decking area, complete with BBQ facilities.
