Designed by Alleanza Architecture, the project was completed ahead of schedule with the school encountering no disruption to normal activities.
Regular meetings were held by the project team to identify requirements / preferences and budget constraints. Routine reporting and constant communication throughout the project resulted in peace of mind for the client’s stakeholders who were able to receive the completed works with no hassles/issues raised.
Works were completed across 2 areas including the fit out of the existing canteen into a café & the internal fitout of the new canteen area.
The project was programmed to have fitout works completed concurrently in both the canteen area and café areas to reduce program length and limit any disruption the normal operations of the school.
The completed works have resulted in a total transformation of the space which provides the students and faculty with a modern, welcoming and functional space. Secure Building Solutions were able to deliver the works to a high standard which is a testament to the trades people and site management team who assisted in delivering the project.
