One key aspect of working within a tight site is effective logistics management. The team carefully organized the delivery of construction materials, equipment & personnel to minimize congestion and maximize productivity. Much of the work was carried out during school holiday periods to ensure that the schools’ normal operations were not disrupted. Designated storage areas & implementation of just-in-time delivery practices were used to reduce on-site clutter and maximize the available working area provided.
